Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our very busy team based in Southampton.  This is a full time employed opportunity offering excellent working environment office based.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent ability to co-ordinate works, managing the team of building inspectors workload, ensuring that all required documentations is in order and correct, be a crucial part of managing consultants day to day work diaries, liaising with clients to confirm inspection times and dates, dealing with clients electronically and over the telephone, ensuring that all plant and equipment is on site for inspection to be undertaken of large buildings.

 

The Operations Assistant will be very 

  • IT literate be able to complete diary and database entries, 
  • Have the ability to book equipment from third party suppliers, 
  • Manage a documentation and retain in the database
  • Work as part of a busy productive team
  • Coordinate Surveys
  • Manage your own workload.
  • Excellent communication skills
