Description

We are actively seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor with a background in refurbishment and maintenance. this position is offered with an exceptional salary and additional benefits.

Skills and knowledge would ideally be within a fast paced maintenance/refurbishment environment. Individuals must have good sound IT skills, the ability to work as part of a wider team, directly with large lucrative clients.

A good understanding of framework agreements would be very beneficial.

Ability to drive

Willing to travel regionally

Background in refurbishment Maintenance as a Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying software knowledge i.e. COINS OR similar would be a distinct advantage
