Excellent opportunity for an RLO/TLO to join a major business, experience in a similar role is required. Working with clients and residents previously alongside Contracts Managers, site manager and trade professionals.
RESIDENT LIAISON OFFICER
The operational area will primarily be the North Kesteven District, Lincolnshire but may vary from time to time.
Full time or part time positions may be considered.
The successful candidate will be acting as the first point of contact for residents, responsible for building and strengthening resident relationships and maximising satisfaction.
The role requires the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with minimum supervision. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well organised and be able to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities will include as a minimum;
Dealing with Clients and Residents face to face and over the telephone
Travelling from site to site
Organising and carrying out surveys including liaising with kitchen suppliers/designers
Booking appointments and providing residents with choices of refurbishment options
Provide a friendly courteous service
Progress reporting and management of key performance indicators.
Full Driving Licence.
Previous experience in Social Housing will be beneficial.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check will be carried out for successful candidates.
