Description

We have a vacancy for a commercial property/secured lending paralegal.

The work relates to acting for a finance company who offer bridging finance.

The individual must have had existing residential or commercial property legal experience whether as a fee earner or as an assistant.

The position may suit an individual who wishes to convert from being a residential paralegal to a commercial paralegal.

A good knowledge of property law, ability to check property titles, complete property searches, check enquiries and deal with completion and post-completion formalities under the supervision of an experienced commercial property solicitor.

Newly qualified solicitors will also be considered. Excellent training opportunity as the individual will work in a small but growing team with highly experienced solicitors who have been trained at City firms.
