We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Private Client lawyer to join and work in our experienced and specialist team of private wealth lawyers in Richmond. Not only will the chosen candidate experience a wide ranging and diverse workload, interacting with wealthy and sophisticated clients but will also gain training from nationally recognised lawyers.
We are committed to providing excellent service to our clients and we are looking for someone who shares this passion and enthusiasm. Someone who can maintain and strengthen existing client and professional relationships and help to build new ones.
Work will include taking instructions and preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, lifetime and succession planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation planning, creation, administration and winding up of trusts and the administration of estates including domestic and international estates.
- Fulfill personal case load, managing Private Wealth cases from start to finish
- Assist with marketing and business development for the department and firm
- Report to the Team Leader in charge of the team
- Assist Team fee earners to fulfill their case loads
- Assist with the coaching and mentoring of support staff to improve their knowledge and capability
